In today’s episode, I am interviewing Susan Campbell founder and CEO of Phosis, the high quality skincare line. She is also the author of Phosis on Substack.
Intro: “I am so excited to introduce my good friend Susan Campbell. Susan is someone I admire. Her ingenuity shines through her life interests and work as a therapeutic yoga and pilates teacher, peri/menopause educator, and founder/CEO of Phosis- the award winning organic skincare brand. Susan’s skincare line was recently awarded “best night cream” by Oprah Daily’s Menopause award, but I’ll let her tell you more about that.
Somehow, I only recently found out about her beekeeping hobby which is more involved than I initially thought.
Susan is on the move these days with photo shoots, product promos, and writing her Substack newsletter, also called Phosis. I love how she incorporates small video clips or movement snacks that fits perfectly with whatever topic she writes about.
Susan includes lots of tips and tricks from skincare, travel, and shopping plus she includes her findings on midlife interests like what is a DEXA scan and tips for picking a go-to wardrobe for midlife changing bodies. I love how her Substack has so many different topics and she is very humble and not pushy when it comes to her products. She truly cares for other women and the interests we all have, which does include what to slather on my constantly dry skin!”
