There is something powerful about listening to a podcast from you about the exact phase I'm in. I listened to this when I was in my late winter phase (last week when released) and I had been so confused by what I had been feeling because I didn't think it resonated with winter. But after listening to your podcast a light bulb went off and it all made sense about where I was and what I was feeling and experiencing. It felt exactly how you were describing.

I've been giving all of this a lot of thought since you've taught me so much and once I realized where my body was I could accept it's "weaknesses" in the moment and understand its strength.

Peri brain fog is strong with me too, friend. I'm glad you found it helpful.

Timing is everything, so when we hear this on that small energy blip mid inner winter, it can be a big aha moment.

I also have to admit 🫣that in my last inner winter, my podcast on A Merry Inner Winter helped me to remember my practice and ground in.

I may be a menstrual cycle guide, but I also need the reminders of this deeply beautiful practice.

Kinda like a massage therapist needs a massage, or a yoga instructor goes to a yoga class.
